LDB Files Amicus Brief in Support of Arizona Anti-BDS Law

On Friday, the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law (LDB) filed an amicus brief in support of HB 2617, an Arizona state law that requires state contractors to certify that they are not "engaging in a boycott of Israel." The Brandeis Center filed its brief in response to a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) challenging the First Amendment implications of the law.

February 2018 – Coalition Pushes for Higher Education Reform

The first month of 2018 saw much progress in the struggle against anti-Semitism. The Brandeis Center, a leader of the reform coalition advocating for changes in Title VI of the Higher Education Opportunities Act, joined an impressive group of national organizations in urging the U.S. Senate HELP  committee to reform Middle East Studies .

Brandeis Center Backs Suspended Swastika-Hating Stoughton Teacher

The Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law is again criticizing Stoughton school officials for their handling of an incident involving a student drawing a swastika. The national non-profit has called on the school district to rescind their disciplinary actions against Stoughton High School teacher Hillary Moll, who was suspended without pay following the incident.

The Continuing Fight for Justice at Stoughton High School

Yesterday, the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law (LDB) (www.brandeiscenter.com) sent a letter to Stoughton Public Schools District (Stoughton), urging the District to retract the unfair disciplinary measures that its teacher, Hillary Moll, has suffered for standing up against anti-Semitism.
